What is a mobile phone upgrade
An upgrade is an extension of your contract with your current network provider. Main reasons for you to upgrade would be to change to a better-suited tariff or get a brand new, top of the range mobile phone.
When can I upgrade my phone?
First point of call is to check if you are eligible for an upgrade. Most networks allow you to upgrade your contract before the end date. Bear in mind that an early upgrade is subject to your network provider.
How do I upgrade?
Upgrading your phone may sound complicated but in truth it's really straight forward. It does not matter who you brought your previous handset from and which network you are currently on, you can always upgrade with any of the network provider.
All you need to do is follow a few simple steps.
Step1.
Check first whether you are eligible for an upgrade. You must have an existing O2, Orange, Vodafone or T-mobile contract to upgrade.
Step2.

Step3.
Choose your new phone and supply them with your current mobile phone number in the cart which will then be automatically transferred to your new contract!
What happens when I upgrade early
It all depends on how early you’re upgrading. Quite often there’s no fee to upgrade early – you just begin paying your new contract amount, and enjoy your brand new phone. Sometimes, however, you may need to pay a small fee - this usually happens if you upgradeat the earliest possible opportunity. Your new contract will also be longer. This is because the time left on your old contract is added to your new contract.
