Samsung Galaxy S7 Set To Be Waterproof, Will Support MicroSD Card:


Samsung has been one of the leading names in the world of technology for quite a while. The company has been coming out with some of the most innovative devices in recent times, and has been changing the way we look at our products. Samsung’s smart phones and now, smart gadgets have changed our very perspective, and the company has now been working on their latest smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S7 – which is to be the flagship Samsung device this year. The phone is expected to launch into the markets March, following an announcement in February.

Almost every other day, there is some or the other rumor surrounding the Samsung Galaxy S7. The latest one throws more light on previous speculations, making them almost a certain thing to happen. The Galaxy S7, and all its four variants are expected to release with new and improved features, such as Waterproofing and MicroSD Card support.



Water-resistant phones are the need of the hour, as water damage remains one of the biggest reasons for phones getting damaged. The latest flagship from Samsung, the Samsung Galaxy S7 is expected to come out into the markets with waterproofing, as suggested by known tipster, Evan Blass (@EVleaks). The device is expected to come with the IP67 Certification, which also makes it dust-proof.


It has further been tipped by various people on different tech blogs that the device is also expected to come out with a MicroSD card support this time. Samsung used to release the MicroSD card supports till recent times, but starting last year, with their Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Note 5 they stopped the MicroSD card support which led to quite an uproar of unhappiness from the users.

The battery life, too is expected to improve in these devices, with the battery expected to vary from 2700mAh to 3600mAh across devices. The Samsung Galaxy S7 will be coming out in four variants and each of them is likely to have a different battery life.
